Amoterra Wellness (“Amoterra,” “we,” “us”) operates massage and wellness studios in Townsend and Crandon, Wisconsin, and provides this website and mobile app so clients can book and manage appointments and so our staff can run the studio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Account & contact details: your name, email address, and phone number, used to create your account, confirm bookings, and send appointment reminders.

Health & intake information: the details you provide on your intake form (such as medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, and treatment goals). We collect this only so your therapist can care for you safely. This is sensitive information and we treat it accordingly.

Appointment activity: the services you book, your studio and therapist preferences, and your visit history.

Receipt images (staff only): if you are a staff member, photos you capture to log an expense.

Technical data: basic device and log information needed to keep the app secure and working.

To provide and manage the service — create your account, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders and waitlist notifications, and prepare your therapist for your visit.

To operate the studio — process payments taken at the clinic, keep session notes, and support you when you contact us.

To keep the service secure and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking.

With service providers that help us run Amoterra — for example email delivery, SMS reminders, and payment processing — who may only use it to perform services for us.

With your therapist and authorized studio staff, so they can deliver your care.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our clients, staff, or the public.

Access is protected by authentication, and staff and administrator accounts use multi-factor authentication. Sensitive intake information is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to those who need it.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can view and update your profile and booking preferences in the app, complete or revise your intake form, and sign out of all devices from Account settings.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Amoterra is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may provide information when arranging care for a minor.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
